CHILDCARE INQUIRY FORM / WAITLIST
We encourage you to add your name to our waitlist as early as possible to increase the chances of securing a spot. There is no administrative fee to be on the waitlist.
To be added to our waitlist, complete the form below.
When you are offered a spot at our daycare, you will meet with the daycare’s director, book a tour, go over our policies and have an opportunity to ask questions. To minimize disruption to the children at our daycare, we do not provide tours until you have been offered a spot. Your child’s enrolment at the center will be completed after making a payment of first month’s fees along with one-time registration fee of $100.00 per child (non-refundable).
WAITLIST PROCESS
* Please note that each age group at each center has it’s own individual waiting list.
*The date of your waitlist submission will be your seniority date on the waiting list.
* Be mindful and strategic of your expected start month, you may also put the earliest start month you will consider
(for e. g You are willing to start in March but you really need a space for May.)
*If there are any changes to your contact information please contact the center to update your file.
*There is no specified length of time that you need to be on the list to be offered a space. Spaces are created when a family or child leaves the center. There is no specific time however the months of July, August and September have the most movement,
*We are usually able to contact families 4-6 weeks before any given space, as parents are required to give us 1 months notice of their withdrawal.
*When a space is available, our Director will call families that are eligible to start in the available age group. Parents who are waiting for a particular month are contacted when spaces are available, there is no guarantee we will have space at the time you are requesting.
*Once a family is called from the waiting list they have 2 business days to return the call and express continued interest in the space available.
*Once a space is accepted, you will be required to pay the registration fee and may be required to pay a deposit.
If you are called for a space and do not wish to take it at the time, your place/seniority on the waiting list is cancelled. You will have to reapply.
